    We have Salesforce integration app set up, however some of the leads aren't transferring through from CVent to Salesforce. Is there something in the basic settings or attendee activity synce settings on the CVent Salesforce app that we should be clicking yes or have as an object to be sync in order to make sure all the leads transfer?

    Hi Martha,

    There is many ways to look into the records not being passed over to Salesforce, given the complexity of the potential solutions I suggest reaching out to your account team and they will loop someone from my team in to assist.
