  • 1.  Access Portal - Issue with Advanced Criteria applying to Access Portal Reports

    Hi Community,

    I've got an issue with running reports via the access portal.

    I have 'Advanced Criteria' set on a report which I have published to the Access Portal for some of my users, which filters out unwanted Registration Types.

    However, no matter how I try, I cannot get the filter to carry through to a published report despite it applying as intended when running the report through Event Reports.

    Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a workaround or an option that I am missing?

    Hi Cameron,

    The filters that you set on the reports should transfer over to the Access Portal as long as you save the report before publishing them.

    Hi Cameron. I have not run into this issue, I believe all filters should carry over to the access portal. I would contact Cvent support.
