I checked the account # EPRICA001 and tested the recent event 'Climate READi Workstream 3 Workshop'.
I observed that the 'Room Reservation' button appeared correctly without the additional text, such as "hilton.com". To troubleshoot the issue with your email, you can attempt clearing your browser's caches and cookies before testing it again.
You make also go to the Event> Emails> Event Emails> Click on the email > Design Email > Click on 'Room Reservation' Widget> on the right side, check if the Link text & URL is correct, otherwise update > Then Publish.
Then try to test the email.
If none of the solutions provided are effective, kindly provide me with the account number and the name or ID of the event. This will allow me to offer you the most suitable solution available.
