    Several people on my invitation list have contacted me about an issue they're experiencing when trying to register for my event. When they click the "Register Now" button on the event's homepage, a pop-up appears asking for their confirmation number instead of taking them to the registration pathway.
    We've been sharing the event URL links on LinkedIn and via email:

    I tried on my personal laptop and had friends try, and they too when clicking even "Register" on the top right, get a "Would you like to start another registration?" pop up.

    Any guidance is appreciated on resolving this!

    I understand that you have verified the setup and links and have been able to reproduce the issue. However, it seems that this issue occurs intermittently.

    I have checked and found that you have already created a case with us (case number 29063785) and one of our support staff is currently assisting you. It appears that this issue may require escalation, and our Application Support team will be able to provide further assistance.

    I have notified the Support team to prioritize the escalation of this issue. You can expect an update and a solution from them soon. If you would like to speak to one of our staff members, you can respond to the same case by accessing your Community and going to My Cases.
