Cvent Beginners User Group

Am new to this and can't find a solution so apologies if this has been answered before.. I am wanting to add our Host's photo to our agenda page but I don't want them to appear on the summary page. In the speaker list I have 'Display on website' marked as NO because if YES they appear on the summary page with the speakers, which I don't want. I just want the hosts photo in their session on the agenda page. In the speaker list they are however checked to appear on agenda page but they are not visible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I could be wrong but I believe the "Display on website" option is an all-or-nothing deal. It applies to both the speaker module and the session module so you can't option one or the other. 

The only workaround I can think of is to allow that individual to be displayed so they appear in the session module, then instead of using the speaker module, build out a speaker page with image and text widgets. It's more manual but it allows for the flexibility you are seeking.

Hi Jo - 

You should just be able to upload an image to your agenda page using the image widget.  While it will not pull the images directly from the Speaker portal, it will allow you to upload individual images to specific pages as needed.
