    Hello, I have a promotional flyer for the summer months and would like to have it appear on cvent for clients or meeting planners.  Do I post it as a document or how do I make sure that it is seen?

    Hello Sarah, 

    You can post promotions on your Cvent Venue Profile on the Cvent Supplier Network with a 2 - 4 Diamond listing. When you create your promotion, you can select the specific event dates, focusing on the summer months. You can follow these instructions for creating and publishing your promotion.
