Hi Tiffany,
Just checking to make sure when you are in the attendee profile, you are looking for the confirmation code under "Invitee Status", not the registration confirmation code under "Registration". I've had attendees get confused and think their registration confirmation is what they are supposed to use, and they don't realize the actual six-digit code has been emailed and texted to them. It's also easy to skip over it in their profile, especially if it has already expired!
