Before using Attendee Hub, we used to send the entire attendee list to the exhibitors and sponsors. Now we tell them to use the Attendee Engagement Reports. We state that there are privacy issues with sending out all of the attendee information and that the reports are more valuable because those who engage are more interested in their product/service. We have one exhibitor who is really fighting this and wants the entire list. I wonder if anyone else has run into this issue and what you have done. Does anyone still give out the attendee list?
