Hello all,

I'm attempting to move attendees from the waitlist to the accepted status for a online training we are holding.  I do not have attendee approval turned on so everyone who registers is approved until it is full.  After that, everyone goes into the waitlist. When I go back to change their status, most of the details gathered on the registration are not included.  Is there a way to restore these details or change the settings so that these details are saved?

Waitlists no longer have the flexibility they used to have before Flex, excuse the pun.

Hello Benjamin,  you can edit the Waitlist page to match your Registration page pretty much.  Most Contact fields can be added;  of course, Questions and specific registration stuff can not, but it's a good place to start.  

To do this, go to Registration Process, scroll down to the 'Other' pages section, click Customize next to the 'Waitlist' page.
This is where you add the fields you want to collect from people adding themselves to the waitlist.
Drag the fields you want from the fields on the right on to your page, save and publish.
