If you want your sponsors/exhibitors to be able to manage, ask questions, and gather responses in the chat discussions feature in the attendee hub. You will have to make them a moderator/global moderator in the event, they will have to be registered for the event with moderator/global moderator permissions. This way they will be able to manage, ask questions, and gather responses in the chat discussions feature in the attendee hub.
Global moderators will automatically be assigned as engagement monitors for each session and will be able to delete messages from chat discussions or any exhibitor booth's chat.
