Once the registrations have been published, is it possible to change the fees of the tickets even the default ones?

    Hi Giovanna,

Yes, you can change the fees at any point in time. Doing this will not change the price for those that have already registered for the event though, but will be in effect for new registrants moving forward. If you needed to adjust the registration fees for those who have already registered, you would need to do so individually within their orders and payments tab.

Yes it is possible to add new questions in. You will need to republish the event once you add them in and any new people who have yet to register can fill them out when they go through the registration process and for anyone who has registered already, they will need to modify their registrations to answer the new questions.

What can't be changed after I open registration? details out what you can't change after you open registration, but anything else you can add/do once registration is launched.

Thank you! Could you confirm that we can also add new registration paths?

Yes you can add additional registration paths as well! As I mentioned, What can't be changed after I open registration? details out what you can't change after you open registration, but anything else you can add/do once registration is launched.

Is it possible to bulk update or change multiple registrations at once, or we have to go individually into each registration to apply the fee changes?

    Thank you!

I actually just asked support this question, because we want to do a deposit model for our trips. There isn't a great way to change the fees. You can either use admission items and add in the additional fee when you upload new admission items/reg types so it creates and additional order, or they recommended using session fees to add an additional fee. So you would create a dummy session and add it to their order. Outside of that, it's a manual, on-by-one process.
