Yes, you can set up an automated weekly recap for event administrators using Scheduled Reports in Cvent.

Yes, you can schedule any report to be sent to you (or another account user) on any cadence (eg. every Friday at 5pm).  After customizing your report, click "Save as," name it, click "Visible" to assign which account users should see/receive a copy of the report, then click "schedule., which is where you can choose the day/time for your auto-send.

For sharing the report with those who do NOT have access to your Cvent account, you can create a reporting portal, add users, then publish your report there, where you can select which portal users can access the report. Limitation: the portal does not have the ability to auto-send/schedule send a report to the portal users.  Instead, the user must log in and click "run" to export it.
