Cvent Beginners

Hello, I am adding a consent question to my registration process. Where do we add the text of the actual consent statement?
Maybe I just need to add a text field above the Consent Question?

Hi Nicole!
The first time you pull over the consent question widget, there is a text box available for your text to be added. However, once the site has been published, even if it is in test mode, that text box disappears and the text becomes permanent - uneditable. I think it's basically a protection to make sure you don't have people agreeing to different things. So if you need to change it from a previous event, or if you are still in test mode and want to change something, you will need to delete the box and put in a new one. 

That said, I have also seen cases as you just described, where the text that is put in the consent question is just something like "Please check to accept the terms." or something like that, and the actual T&C text was put in a text box above the question.

So helpful, I tried removing the consent question (that was missing the statement) then when I re-added it the text box was there.  Then as soon as you navigate away from it the text box is hidden. But again if you delete and re-add it the text box shows up.  Thank you again for the information and help. Have a great rest of your week.
