    Hi Miki,

    Great question! Ask your admin or account reps if you have a Sandbox account. That is exactly what the environment is meant for - learning, practicing, and trying out new configurations and functionality and features, without real-time impact to live events or Production Account.

    Hi –

    I am looking for a VR experience for 20 – 40 people in focus groups, 3 days.

    I need 20 – 40 VR devices to come onsite with a team that handles all.

    Does anyone know anyone like that?

    Hi Tiffaney,

    I personally have never worked with this company; however, 360 Labs does something like this. (https://360labs.net/vr-events-activations)

    Also, I do know that Visit Dallas (the CVB) did a virtual experience at Cvent Connect a year or so ago, so maybe if you reach out to them, they can put you in touch with the company they worked with.
