  • 1.  Contact Group Contact Not Appearing

    Hi, 

    I entered test data into two pathways for our event. Responses to those pathways are set to go to automatic contact groups (RSVP Yes N and RSVP Yes S). 

    I should be able to see my answer when I look at it from the "Contact" view, but I can't. It shows up that I have entered data in the summary of the contact group and in the contact group description. 

    Why might this be occurring?

    Is your registration for the event in pending status or is it active?

    It's pending. Will a contact group only function correctly if an event is live?

    Hi Zoe,

    I just performed a test scenario in test mode and it added me to the contact group without issue once I toggled on the registration path specific setting (for each registration path) to "add registered invitees to a contact group." If this setting is enabled for all of your registration paths and you have designated the contact group you would like them to be added to, have pressed "apply" and then "publish" to push the changes live and you are still not seeing registrants populate within the contact group, I would recommend calling into our 24/7 Customer Care team and they can help troubleshoot further and escalate if needed!
