We have a need to be able to upload a registration question response after the event has been conducted and to be able to run a cross event report containing the answer.  We do not want the registrant to see it during their registration.  What I've tried so far is to add the question to the regisration path and then hide it.  I then tried to import registrants file with that question on the import file along with answers.  When I select "Modify existing registrations, skip new registrations" and select the saved Excel file - Step 3 Map Fields in the File to Fields in Cvent shows the question but under Cvent Fields it says  Do Not Import .  I tried to do this also using the Internal Information Upload process and also get the Do Not Import.  Anyone else successfully done this?

Is it not letting you change "Do Not Import" to the field you want it to populate? Usually I can do that; sometimes it drops in the Do Not Import on fields it doesn't immediately recognize as matchable (like if your file header says LName instead of Last Name). But I've had it pop up on fields that are identical matches, too; I usually just change the Do Not Import to the field I need.

Good morning Tori,

I was able to get it to work using Internal Information Import Answers. Thank you for that.  I guess you can't use Import Registrations to import answers.  The great news is that I can pull it into a cross event report.
