Hi Jessica -
Just to confirm, are you a Cvent System Admin or planner and want to receive a notification every time a a registration is completed?
If so, instead, you may want to set up some planner alerts. What you are showing in your screenshot is not referring to the Cvent System Admin, it is referring to the Administrator (someone like an executive assistant who is booking on behalf of someone else). The name of the notification is a little misleading.
