  • 1.  Creating Exclusion Groups/Lists

    Hi

    I am trying to create an exclusion list. I have followed the article in the FAQ section - but when it comes to creating a Contact Group - we only see one option for the type and that is STANDARD - where is the EXCLUSION LIST option, or why am I not seeing it?

    Hi Declan,

    I have enabled this feature on the backend for your account, so you should see it as an option when logging in now.
