Hi Alyssa,Hope you are doing well.In July 2020, we did come out with a new security feature that allows you to control if an attendee is able to share the documents via the CrowdCompass app. The setting is "Enable Document Sharing". If you disable document sharing, documents cannot be shared outside of the app and they won't appear on the Online Event Guide. So this is what seems to be happening in your case. The setting can be found under the Social Sharing section within Event Settings. Please also do check the Community Article "Configure Event Settings" for more information.
