To add a document link to an email, you can hyperlink the document URL with a text or button making it shorter as required. First, open the email and add a text widget by clicking the + icon on the canvas. Then, type the text you want to use for the link and select it. Click on the chain icon to hyperlink it, and paste the document URL that you copied from the Admin section's Document Library. After pasting the URL, save the email. This method is an easy and effective way to share documents with your audience via email.

When you click on a button to download a document in an email or on the registration site, our document names are very long with lots of letters and numbers. I noticed other companies manage to keep the actual name of their documents (ex: Conference Agenda). What am I missing?
