    Hi Megan - I think it would be great to learn from other admins on how they are using the various features to solve their program challenges.  I participated in the admin session at Connect last year, and this was the most valuable part of the day.  You could ask those participating to come prepared to share 'one tip' or 'one use case' for a process form, or workflow to manage their events.  Cvent could be there to listen and add to the discussion - there may be some use cases they take back to their account team/developers as well.

    Happy New Year!

    Last year, I gave several demonstrations to newer Cvent clients to show how we use SMM for our Event Build Requests which ties our team of event coordinators and MMCY Tech, our Event Build Team, together with role triggers, automated notifications and data migration from the meeting request form to the event. 80% of our builds are completed the same day of next day, another 7% on the 2nd day. Our more complicated builds are hitting the 3-5 day mark.

      • Meeting Requests
      • Build Requests
      • Budget Management
    • Explain the automations that can be created to streamline the process, automate processes and increase data integrity
    • Highlight a couple of clients' uses
