We are excited to introduce the much-awaited new user experience in Cvent Transient that will streamline how you manage and respond to corporate RFPs. Beginning August 15, 2022, we are introducing a refreshed RFP user experience to make the Transient RFP process simpler for hoteliers and travel managers. The new experience will help you better manage bids for the 2023 contract season.

    Redesigned for productivity and efficiency

We've simplified the user experience of Cvent Transient to empower your productivity and efficiency. The revamped Cvent Transient user experience will help you save time and make the management of your corporate travel program more efficient, especially when you are required to manage various tasks. We have removed static content to make the entire process inclusive with just 6 easy steps – making the workflow simpler. The redesign will also simplify the bidding process.

What are the changes to Cvent Transient?

    • Rate Plans (Domain and Property): You can set pre-defined rate plans for negotiation response while receiving an RFP. Combined workflows in the new UX will help save time
    • Program Set-Up: You can establish parameters of negotiated rates
    • Rate Plan Attachment: We have streamlined the process to review and edit Rate Plans and removed static questions. More data and insights have been embedded. You can now utilize an already created property Rate Plan or create a new bid in response to an RFP that you receive
    • Negotiation: You can better manage negotiations of rates, amenities, and policies in the tool. Relevant timely and competitive data has been added for you to help in decision making
