Happy Monday everyone! We are ready to get things started with our Huddle of the Week!

Measuring the success of your events and demonstrating their value to your stakeholders can be a challenge. We are here to guide you through the process of using event-focused reporting pre-, during, and post-event to measure attendee engagement levels. You can access a programmatic cross-event report through a single access portal, which will allow you to compare engagement levels across multiple events. Being able to demonstrate the value of your event programs to stakeholders can help you get a seat at the table and help you become even more valuable.

    Questions for you:

    1.  Do you want to learn more about reporting and how to prove the value of your event program?
    2.  How do you measure the overall success of your event program?

Are you ready to measure the success of your events and demonstrate their value to your stakeholders? Register now for our upcoming live demo on December 6th – Digging Deeper: Surfacing Your Best Cvent Reports to learn more!

    1.  Do you want to learn more about reporting and how to prove the value of your event program? Fortunately, reporting is robust and appears to currently offer the metrics we need for event management.
    2.  How do you measure the overall success of your event program? As a third party, each of our clients has their own metrics of success based on their criteria and event type; the success of their event affects how we measure ours.

    1.  Do you want to learn more about reporting and how to prove the value of your event program?
      • I think we're good on reporting functionality right now, but we know where to go if we have questions!
    2.  How do you measure the overall success of your event program?
      • Currently, informally hearing about closed/won opportunities from the sales team; although we are "connecting more dots" in 2024 to automate our processes and better determine ROI.

    1.  Do you want to learn more about reporting and how to prove the value of your event program? I love reporting, I think it's a great tool to share with your stakeholders post event.
    2.  How do you measure the overall success of your event program? We have been tasked with tying our attendees back to ROI within the bank, so reporting is helping us track this information for our Business Intelligence team.
