Hello - 

We are hosting a hybrid event where some of the sessions will be virtual-only access and some of the sessions will be streamed from the live event. We want our audience to easily be able to distinguish between the two.

Does anyone have any recommendations for how to clearly identify in-person v virtual sessions in Attendee Hub and/or by using the "agenda" widget? It seems like maybe Categories is the best way to go, but we hoped to use that field to identify the track name.

Hi Wendy,

If you're already using all the fields available in the Agenda widget for other purposes, you can always create a custom session field to house this information. Visibility for this field can be toggled on in the widget settings, and it has its own styling options so you can ensure it stands out.
