  • 1.  Event level wait list cap?

Is there a way to limit the number of invitees waitlisted at the event level?
I don't want to go more than 10 and am afraid if I turn waitlist off I'll lose those invitees.

Do waitlisted invitees count towards your contracted registration agreement?

    Hi Steven,

    Hope you are well.

I checked about this and unfortunately, the option to limit the waitlisted invitees is available at session level. At event level we do no have such functionality for now.

The only option at event level is to close the waitlist once the desired number of waitlisted invitees are achieved.

I tested this and once you have received 10 waitlist invitees, you can disable the waitlist option for the path. The waitlist invitees will stay in the event and even when you'll increase the capacity, you can then ask these waitlisted invitees to go to the website again and register for the event.

Additionally, right now, the following invitee statuses are counted towards your contracted registration agreement : Imported registrants, pending registrations, denied registrants and guest registrations.

You can also refer to the following article :

I hope this helps. please let us know if you have any further qustions.
