I am new to Cvent and having the most challenging time, which Support or the Success Team can't seem to help with.
My (in person) registrations are full and the the registration link has been disabled to activate the waiting list. However, the registrations aren't really full, I have kept a handful up my sleeve (as you do). The waiting list form is a very simple one, and I now need to send out the registration form to those we would like to accept for a place. However, I have no idea how to do this. I would love some help. Cvent has told me I will have to upload the registrations manually because it isn't a simple matter of a cancellation and the system kicking in to email those on waiting list.
Surely, I don't have to ring them and ask them to complete the form with me over the phone! There must be a way I can send them a link to the form and a special code to register?
