  • 1.  Event Title vs. Sessions displayed on Calendar

    Hi All, 

    I'm just about ready to make a Wellness Fest we're hosting live. However, on the embedded calendar on my organization's website it displays all 7 sessions, making signing up confusing. Is there a way only the Title of the event can be displayed? Then during registration they will see the sessions listed. Is there a way to do that?

    Hi Alia,

    Thanks for your question. You can keep your embedded calendar from showing all 7 Wellness Fest sessions by configuring the event calendar to display only the main event and not its sessions. In the event's Marketing > Event Calendar settings, set the event to display on calendars and turn off the "display sessions" options so that the calendar shows a single "Wellness Fest" entry; when attendees click through to register, they'll still see all 7 sessions on the registration/agenda pages as usual. Hope this helps!
