Our February Cvent Beginner Office Hours centered on the Cvent Supplier Network (CSN) and how it streamlines venue sourcing from start to finish. We walked through how to search for venues on the CSN, apply filters to narrow down options, and take advantage of the new AI Search capability to quickly surface properties that best match your event needs.
Once we identified ideal venues, we demonstrated how to send RFPs to one or multiple venues at once, saving time and ensuring consistent communication. From there, we reviewed how to compare bids, evaluate proposals, and award RFPs directly within the platform so you can move from sourcing to selection with confidence.
