    Hello everyone! Here is your "Tip of the week” on how CSN Planner Navigator can help you reach the right planners and win more Group/MICE business. A quick refresher on CSN Planner Navigator - we launched the tool a few months back to help hoteliers quickly discover and re-engage with high-quality planners who have already shown interest in their space.


    We understand that returning to ‘business as usual’ is not easy and requires the right tools like data to help you discover and engage with the right planners. In the last few months, one of the asks we heard from customers was to get access to insights on planners actively sourcing competing properties on the Cvent Supplier Network. You asked, and we delivered. We are happy to introduce an enhancement to CSN Planner Navigator that will empower you to make the most of CSN planner RFP history. 


    You can now find planners that have sourced Group/MICE business across CSN and use search criteria based on either planner or RFP attributes such as organization, location, or contact information. The insights will help you identify, connect with, and engage with more planners that view your hotel as a great fit for their events. We are also releasing a Missed Opportunities button to alert hoteliers about planners submitting RFPs with specific traits (such as industry or location) to competing properties.


    Here are 5 tips that will come in handy to master the tool:


    • New: The ‘Missed Opportunity’ button will let you know if a planner submits an RFP to a competing property with certain attributes (such as industry or location) and you can keep a track of key leads and companies
    • You can search for planners and RFPs based on criteria of planner information such as organization, name, and contact information
    • Search for RFPs can also be conducted based on attributes such as event start/end date, attendee count, and organization name
    • You can name your search criteria and save them for future
    • You can create custom lists of planners - such as Favorites - to quickly reference
