HI Catherine, you need to make yourself a "global moderator" which is done through your attendee record. Click your name in the attendee list>edit>scroll to bottom of page. This will give you moderator permissions throughout all sessions, discussions, and chat (if using Attendee Hub).
After enabling, you will then see a section in your profile called "reported incidents." This only shows to Global moderators and messages or posts that have been flagged by attendees for review. Moderators can view these reported messages and decide whether to delete the post or dismiss the report. This feature helps ensure that the chat and discussion chat content remains appropriate during the event.
