Hi Kate,
Yes, you can submit a group receipt for someone with over 28 attendees by creating a custom invoice that includes Group Order Details and Order Payments data tags. Here's how you can do it:
-
Go to Attendees > Badges & Registration in your event.
-
A default invoice should appear if fees are enabled-click on "Invoice", then Edit.
-
Change the stock size to A4 Landscape (297 mm x 210 mm) or Letter Landscape (11" x 8.5") and click Save.
-
In the Designer tab, click Edit.
-
On the left, under the Data Tag tab:
-
Search for "group" and drag either Group Order Details or Group Order Summary into the invoice.
-
Expand the inserted data tag box by dragging from the bottom-right corner.
-
Then search for "orders payments", drag that in below the group order tag, and expand the box similarly.
-
If you prefer a simpler layout, you can just use the standard Invoice data tag with Orders Payments underneath it.
Once done:
-
Go to Emails > Event Emails, open the confirmation email (or create a custom one).
-
Set the recipient to Group Leaders only, and insert the {[E-INVOICE LINK]} data tag so they can download the group invoice directly.
Let me know if you need any assistance.
