Our first beginner office hours session was a success, bringing together our community to share insights and review the Registration Overview feature. We started with introductions, where attendees introduced themselves and discussed the events they manage. Afterwards, we had a comprehensive walkthrough of the Cvent Community support resources, how to contact support and access training. We also gave an overview of the Registration Overview features. We walked through how to use Registration Overview during the event set up process, and using the insights feature after registration is launched. Office hours are a fantastic opportunity to connect, collaborate, and learn.
