    Trying to find a way to filter attendees with hotel request to send hotel confirmation emails. I am not currently finding anything in Advanced Filters that will show attendees with hotel request only. Any suggestions? Don't want to go down attendee list and manually select those with hotel (especially for large events).

    Hi Katherine,

    Hope you are well!

    I checked this and unfortunately, there is no direct way to filter the invitees within hotel requests to send them the email.  However, I do have an alternative for you.

    After the registrations are closed and you have all the hotel requests in the event, you can run the 'Hotel Request Details' report and export the report. Within the report, keep only the first name, last name and email address columns and delete the rest and save the report. Then go to your Cvent account > Click on the app switcher on top right > click on Contacts > Import the contacts with type as 'Associate existing contacts to a group or list, skip new contacts' > and on Step 4, Add a contact group and add these invitees to the group and finish the import.

    Once the import is done and the invitees are added to the contact group, please go to your event > Emails > Event Emails > click on the email you created for hotel confirmation > Send > manually > click on the drop down that says 'All Contact Groups' and select the contact group you created. This will show you the names of the people you exported from the report > Select all > Send email > confirm.

    As of now, this is the only alternative to send the email to these registrants in bulk. However, I understand your perspective and apologize for any inconvenience. But, it sounds like a great feedback. I suggest you to post this as an Idea/feedback for our product team by going to Cvent Community > Participate > Product Ideas.
