    Does anyone know if there is a way to update contact information of attendees (nickname, cc email address) on the back-end through a mass import instead of individually?

    Hi Ashera!

    You can use the 'Import' button to import that information on a spreadsheet and have it "update existing contacts and add new ones." You will need the attendee's email address in order to match them in the system. If it's a small enough list you can even start by selecting those particular contacts to export first and including the new fields you want to update as part of the export file. Then just fill in the fields and then import that list back into the contacts.

    Exactly what Tori suggests. I do this all the time. I export contacts. Sort by nickname. Replace firstname with nickname.  Remove duplicate Cc: email addresses and impoirt back.  If you are printing name badges, always do this one more time before printing.

    I also add name suffix to the last name.
