  • 1.  How much will we be charged by cvent for handling our meeting registrations

    We've used eventbrite in the past, but are trying cvent for the first time. We basically just want our attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors to be able to register for our annual meeting online. Eventbrite charged a fee for each registration. How will cvent charge for use of their system? We'll have about 250 attendees. Typically about half will register online (through cvent) and the other half will mail in their registration.

    If there is a page showing fees and costs I missed it. Please point me to it if there is a basic one where I can figure our rough costs for using cvent for our meeting. Thanks.
