Hello,

I had a company register then cancel due to a conflict.  I had an administrative cost set up in the system if a cancellation occurred.  The company was refunded minus admin cost. The company has since registered again so I want to refund the administrative cost from the first transaction.  I don't want to screw the transaction.  Any guidance?

I'm responding to your direct message with follow up questions here in the open forum so that all users can see/learn from the responses if they run into similar scenarios. You should be able to refund the remaining amount on the original transaction and submit a refund for only the remaining amount. It will not impact the amount that was already originally refunded to the invitee.

That still isn't working.  I tried a few different ways.  Submitting a refund is greyed out under actions or is requiring the amount to be more than what was originally cancelled under the adjust amount tab.
