Yes, you can absolutely issue a refund without cancelling the student's registration. Here's how:

Go to the Attendees section and find the student's record.

Click on Orders & Payments.

Select the payment and click "Issue Refund."

Enter the refund amount ($350) and process it.
The student will remain fully registered for the camp, and the refund will be reflected in their payment history.
