Hi,

I have a student that registered for a camp and paid the $350 registration fee. After it was paid the student won a scholarship to attend the camp for free. How do I issue a refund but still keep her registered for the camp.

Yes, you can absolutely issue a refund without cancelling the student's registration. Here's how:

1. Go to the Attendees section and find the student's record.

2. Click on Orders & Payments.

3. Select the payment and click "Issue Refund."

4. Enter the refund amount ($350) and process it.

The student will remain fully registered for the camp, and the refund will be reflected in their payment history.
