  • 1.  How to change the registration path for a registration type

    Hello!

    I have a registration path for non-payment, which the organizers are linked to.

    I want to associate the speaker registration type with the same path, but this field is closed. I have also tried in admin and in the contact register.

    The advantage is, among other things, that when speakers are registered, they do not have to deal with invoice information.

    Hi, 

    I got the answer from support! :-)

    "To associate a registration type to a path we can use the following steps:
    Event > Registration > Registration process > Open site designer > Click on the top left corner > Registration path settings > Associate the registration type > Save."

    Oh my gosh - my apologies. That's exactly where I would have sent you, but I was thinking that's where you were saying the field was closed, and I couldn't figure out why that would be! Next time I'll ask for clarification! I'm glad support was able to get you sorted out on this one. :)
