  • 1.  How to Generate Itinerary Document For Attendee

    In our event an attendee can choose from a series of workshop options, so essentially every attendee has an entirely different personalized agenda. I'm looking for a way to generate a document for each attendee that includes all of their registration information including what they paid for, their personal selections, and their agenda.

    I did a search in the knowledge base but nothing came up as a solution for that.

    Do I create a badge from scratch? Or, is there is a better template I can start with and where do I find it?

    Hey Chris - the "Registration Confirmation" Event Email is your best method. It can be configured to show all this info.  Each person will only see what they signed up for. Each invitation list can even have their own version, if you need to communicate different things to different groups. 

    • Add the widget "Registration Information" will show everything they signed up for.
    • Add the widget "Add to Calendar" so they can download their full agenda to their calendar.
    • Add a data tag called {[E-INVOICE LINK]} so they can download a pdf copy of their receipt to submit for expense report, etc. 

    In the knowledge base search for event emails to understand how the event emails can be configured.  You can look up data tags to understand which ones to use. And a simple way to get answers and links is to use Valerie the chat bot in the lower right side of this page.  You can ask it questions in full sentences like "give me the steps to..."

    We do use the event email for when people register, but I need that info in a document where I as the planner can print one off for each person.

    Hi Chris, sorry, I thought you meant you wanted the document for the registrants to print. For the planner you would create a "badge" in Badges & Certificates, then inside the attendee record click actions dropdown to choose "print badge." 

    A shortcut: add the "my agenda" data tag to the invoice that already exists in Badges & Certificates section.  Save it to the library to use in other events.

    I'm following this thread to see if this solution works for me also. Is a confirmation email sent if session selection is completed within the Attendee Hub website, or if there is a way for attendees to download their own agenda from the website (not for uploading into a calendar)?
