  • 1.  Customizing view of the agenda list

    Is there a way to view the END time in the agenda list (planner view in back end) without exporting the list?

    Currently the agenda list only displays the start time but I also want the end time displayed, for a quick cross check of basic info like title, date, start/end times of sessions.  I thought there was a way to customize this view, but cannot find it and Valerie doesn't understand/know :-(

    Hi Maggie,

    While there is not a way to view the session end time in the default session view, if you check off all sessions and go to Actions > Edit > You can select up to 8 fields to show in this view, session end time being one of them, so you could use this to quickly cross check this information if you don't want to run a report or export the session list.

    Hi Maggie,

    You can submit any product ideas/enhancement requests within the Community by going to the Participate tab > Product Ideas.
