  • 1.  how to view statistics after sending a specific email campaign

    We are sending varioous email camplaings for our event, including reminder emails.

    We would like to be able to see in the back end a report linked to a specific email sent not just all those sent an 'invite' (e.g. all the invites we have sent for the event). one.

    E.g. Sending a reminder email this month, we would like to be able to pull of a report to see:

    Date sent

    How many this was sent too

    Number of openers

    Number of Non openers

    Number of clinked through to register

    Number of non-delivery/opt outs

    We have tried looking through the standard email reports > email details & Email summary, but am not able to pull of the details specific to the invites sent.

    Many thanks for any guidance.

    If you go into the email reports, the data is all there and listed for each individual email sent. You may prefer to update the grouping and edit the report formatting for easier viewing.

    The email details report pulls all of this data. Once you send the emails they will appear in the report but not before.

    Many thanks Amy,

    Unfortunately when I go into email summary or email details, it only says Email type 'invitation' I am unable to see all the different invitation types we have sent such as, for example, the 'reminder invitation February'

    Hi Melanie,

    I would recommend grouping the email reports in the system by "Email Name" instead of "Email Type" if you would like it to be grouped by what you have named your emails on the backend instead of the email type of Invitation. To update the groupings, you can click on the ... icon in the top right of the report > Edit > Groupings and add in the Email Name field and drag it up to the top of the groupings and update and remove the other groupings if necessary.     I have learned in "new" reports that filtering by name or very specific elements is best. It looks like you got some great answers, and this has also reminded me to add this report to our reports template!
