We recently had an issue with a cvent event, where none of the recipients outside of our company received the reminder emails. I am looking to confirm which IP they would need to whitelist. The list in question has many different IP but I only see 3 titled email. Would they need any other to access the event or simply the 3 email IP whitelisted? Thank you!

They will need to allow the following domains (in addition to the IPs for general product use) to ensure emails get delivered

• cvent.com
• cvent.me
• cvent-planner.com
• cventmail.com
• cvtsv.com

What domains should we allow for Cvent emails?
