Happy Monday everyone! Welcome back to our next Huddle of the Week!

Creating events that are truly accessible is important for everyone. This will allow you to expand your attendee base, create richer connections, drive your business goals further, and create an accessibility-friendly experience for your events. We want to help you break down the essential aspects of accessibility with our Accessibility and Event Technology: A Beginner's Guide Webinar. This will help you gain a deeper understanding of accessibility: facts, figures, and definitions. The webinar will also increase your awareness of specific types of disabilities and how these can influence your event planning, and cover the surprising consequences of not incorporating accessibility concepts for your attendees.

    Questions for you:
-What challenges do you face with accessibility?
         - What have you implemented into your event strategy to make your event more accessible?

Want to learn more about accessibility? Register for our upcoming webinar on May 18th - Accessibility and Event Technology: A Beginner's Guide - today!

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts in the comment section below!

What have you implemented into your event strategy to make your event more accessible?
We haven't had any accessibility requests but I do add a standard question now on a lot of my client sites asking if there is something we
can do or provide to make the meeting more medically accessible for them.
What challenges do you face with accessibility?
It becomes a bit tricky because once you receive that data it has to be protected under HIPAA standards since it is PHI.
