    4. Positive Reputation: Demonstrating your commitment to diversity and inclusion, which can enhance your brand's reputation and appeal.

    • What challenges have you faced in making your events more accessible? making presentations available in the app for people to follow along who might have trouble reading or seeing the big screen. As much as we wish to avoid it sometimes our speakers are still editing slides minutes before they step on stage and we just haven't been able to figure out the logistics of this one.
    • Do you have any tips or success stories about creating inclusive events? make sure to work with venues or hotels that are focused in inclusivity so the venue is easy for people to navigate and a lot of those logistics and things fall on the venue vs. us.  Ensure to ask during the registration process if any special accomodations or needs are needed so you have time to prepare in advance.

    • What challenges have you faced in making your events more accessible? Stakeholder buy in
    • Do you have any tips or success stories about creating inclusive events? more of a failure - on site inspection all elevators worked. on event day, elevators had been out of service the entire week prior to our event, and the venue did not notify our organizers in advance. Take nothing for granted.
