  • 1.  Is there a way to "hide" older/past sessions in attendee hub?

    I'm looking to guide people to a future date session more easily when they view 'All Sessions' by hiding all past sessions. 

    I am wanting people to Add the sessions on March 21 to their schedule without all the clutter of the past sessions potentially confusing them.

    Is there a way to do this?  See my below example.  Thanks in advance!

    Hi Jamie,

    Hope you are doing well!

    To hide all the past sessions from the agenda on the website and App. Begin by selecting your event. From the left-hand navigation, click Agenda, then Session List. Open the session you want to hide by clicking its name. Click Edit. Scroll down to Display Options and switch "Display on agenda" to No. Click Save.

    I believe that doing that only hides them from the Agenda on the website but they are still showing in Attendee Hub under the Sessions menu.  Does that make sense?

    Hi Jamie!

    Not a perfect solution but you can create a session guide for your March 21 sessions. 

    1. Add a category to each session you want displayed. Could be as simple as March 21.
    2. Go to Session Filters in your app builder
    3. Create a filter for March 21
    4. In the Session Guide Section, add a list titled March 21 (or whatever you'd like it to be displayed as)
    5. Then you can select Category and the March 21 session as your filter

    When attendees go to the sessions tab, they'll see All Sessions and your March 21 session guide.  When they click on the guide, they will only see the filtered sessions. Hope that helps!
