Hi all, 

Does anybody have experience with Breakout rooms in Collaborative Sessions like zoom breakout rooms?  is this possible?

Yes, we did this last year with a client's virtual conference. However, the client used an outside A/V company who set up the Zoom meeting. They just provided me with the links to load into the Cvent agenda on the back end. But it worked perfectly!

Thank you Tori.  I'm sorry I wasn't more specific, did you do this in a virtual session with zoom or embedded cvent video?  We don't have an in-person component.

Hi Jamie! 

Our event was fully virtual as well. The client just chose to use an outside A/V company to help manage it. We used the Attendee Hub platform and ran collaborative sessions, but we used the A/V company's Zoom links instead of the Cvent video. Then, during the event, they managed opening and closing the breakout rooms, getting speakers into the virtual green room prior to opening to attendees, etc.
