Could you create custom contact fields for the attendee 'owners', upload the data and use the custom contact fields as the from name instead?
Otherwise, create a copy of the email for each 'owner', rather than resend the same that should prevent any caching issues. It also give you a better history if you need to look back to see which email someone was sent.

Subject: Issue with "From" Name Changing Between Email Sends
Hi everyone,
I'm running into an issue with how my emails are showing up to recipients. I'll send a batch of emails from one "From" name and address, then change the "From" field to another name and send a new batch. I usually wait about 30 minutes between sends, and each group is small (around 10 recipients).
However, I'm getting replies saying that the email came from a different name than the one I entered. It seems like Cvent is using the wrong "From" information, even though I double-checked it before sending.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue - where emails are showing an incorrect or previous "From" name - or found a way to fix it?
