    We have two surveys showing in our event. When I tried to use the data tag in a follow-up email, it went to the wrong survey. So, I grabbed the URL for the correct survey and used that in the email. Two people tested it out, and it worked. Now, when someone clicks on the survey link, they see a completed survey. And we can't even find the completed results! How do I fix this?

    Hi Bobbi,

    If the people who tested the survey completed the survey while testing, then they will see a completed survey. If others are seeing a completed survey, you'll want to make sure your settings are configured correctly within the survey itself. You want to make sure that it's still available and hasn't automatically closed. To see the survey results you can go to Reports> From the category dropdown, select Feedback and Assessment> and based on which survey you used (session or event), you can choose the report that makes the most sense. Some suggestions are: Event Feedback Dashboard, General Feedback Details, Session Feedback Dashboard, and Session Answer Details be Attendee.
