    Any thoughts on why I'm not receiving the test email (Mobile App Invitation) to my inbox? Is that an issue with my email?

    It could be? I know some organizations have tight enough firewalls that Cvent emails can't get through. But if you haven't had trouble getting other email tests, that is probably not the issue and you might need to check in with support.
