  • 1.  Most Impactful Use of Event App?

    Hi all! I am considering integrating the Event App into our use of Cvent products for our larger events (400+). I know how comprehensive the app platform is and its many capabilities, and have used it multiple times as at attendee at other events, but am wondering from the administrator standpoint:

    1) What is the most used feature of the app by your event attendees?

    2) What feature sold you on rolling out use of the app?

    3) What percentage of your attendees use the app? For those who don't, what accommodations do you make? (ex. print event agendas, other peer-to-peer networking opportunities)

    1) Based on final reporting agenda was by and large the most used section of the app followed by session recaps we created.
    2) Ease of use, ability to launch quickly and make quick push notifications and edits on the fly. In session polling was our biggest draw.
    3) We had a 98% download rate for our 550+ person event.  For those that didn't though we really encouraged it we had some digital monitors throughout the space that aired the agendas but that was about it.
